EUR A DAY IN THE LIFEAs the Senior Property Accountant, you will review and finalize financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end financials.
You will also act as a team lead, supervising Staff Accountants to perform all accounting functions as required while meeting appropriate deadlines.
As the Senior Property Accountant, you will lead our accounting relationships with several ownershipgroups.

years of progressive, full-cycle accounting experienceBS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1
years of experience as a team leadExperience with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) preferredStart-up operation and construction invoicingMulti-location accounting experienceFamiliarity with commercial real estate, construction/development, or car wash accounting is a plus but not required.
You should also be able to demonstrate above-average attention to detail with a strong commitment to completing tasks on time.
WORK SCHEDULEThisposition isEUR full-time andonsite daily.
Our typical office hours are betweenEUR 9:
00am - 5:
30pm.
