Your tasks would include:
Setting up/packing up at weekend farmer's market location(s), interacting with pasta patrons and passersby, and processing transactions.
We have multiple markets across Central Florida, so your market location may vary depending on staff requirements on the given day.
Compensation:
base pay $14/hr, with performance bonuses.
Paid hands-on training.
And of course, fresh pasta to take home and enjoy! Here are the responsibilities assigned to this role:
Load up market setup and products into personal vehicle (SUV or larger vehicles are preferred but not essential) Know and understand the menu, including suggesting recipe pairings Communicate warmly and effectively with patrons, and answer their questions Process orders and payment transactions accurately and swiftly Use sales tactics to engage with potentially hesitant customers Break down and return to the pasta kitchen at the end of markets Put away market setup and products in designated locations Write and communicate to teammates clearly and effectively Make meaningful connections with our loyal patrons, to understand their needs and provide hospitality Use your judgement and make decisions based on your best job knowledge We are an Equal Opportunity Employer' 'Work remotely No Job Type:
