We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office for our roofing and solar company located in Winter Garden.
Duties include and not limited to:
-Great phone skills; -Answer clients call queries and concerns; -Input and maintain customers intake; -Assist with permits preparation and submittal processing; -Assist with office manager as needed; -Communicate with Clear written and verbal communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Proficient in data entry and office management software - Excellent communication skills and customer support capabilities If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing administrative support, we would love to have you on our team!
