We will train you to become a New Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you will work with a Sales Consultant mentor to create interest, follow up with prospective customers, transfer knowledge of our homes and the market, secure contracts and interact with our construction management teams. Candidates for this unique position with exceptional earnings potential, including a training salary, must possess a college degree (bachelor's degree preferred) and some sales experience a plus. Outstanding communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills, and the demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers required. The individual chosen for this position must maintain a valid driver's license.
