Vehicle Description 1929 Ford Roadster Hi-Boy Convertible, 350 V8 Engine Supercharged with Dual 4 Barrel Carburetors, Runs Great! Sounds Great! Amazing Car, Automatic Transmission, Very Nice Paint and Body, Nice Interior, Rear Rumble Seat, New Ridler Wheels and New Tires, Removable Hood Cover.
What a car! Hi Boy means that the body sits on top of the frame.
A notoriously famous hi boy was the Yellow '32 Ford Deuce Coupe in the movie American Graffiti.
The other model is to notch out the body so the body sits down over the frame.
The frame is hidden from view from the sides of the car.
This 29 is much rare than the 32 and 33 coupes that you typically see.
This car features the Original dash gauge bezel and has a brand new Equus Temperature gauge.
Stewart Warner oil pressure gauge, which are basically bulletproof and last forever.
This car has a fully functioning Rumble Seat another less seen option.
Body - suicide doors.
Pop locks (no exterior door handles).
Gray fold down top.
Multiple function hood.
Fold up either side or remove the hood completely.
It's kind of like having two cars in one.
There is some tremendous horsepower from the line and a dead stop in this car.
It is a Chevrolet 350 small block v8 engine with a pre boost blower / super charger and two double pumper 4-barrel carburetors.
Everything is chromed.
The majority of the fuel lines and vacuum lines are stainless steel braided lines.
Cast-iron exhaust manifold because there simply is not any room for headers.
The car doesn't need headers, you're going to hear it from blocks away.
You'll also hear the blower whining.
Automatic transmission.
3 inch drop spindle suspension in the front.
A chrome tilt steering column.
Lacarra leather and aluminum steering wheel offering top of the line comfort and control.
Electronic assist front disc brakes.
The interior is an immaculate gray vinyl with cloth.
The door panels are beautiful with pouches.
It is perfect complementary colors with the red professional basecoat clearcoat paint job.
Ridler Wheels.
Black wall wide tires on the back with standard size tires up front.
